The Life of Jesus in Verse: Children's Bible Story
Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came to Earth to save us from our sins. He lived a perfect life, taught us about God's love, and died on the cross to pay the price for our sins. He rose from the dead three days later, and now He sits at the right hand of God the Father.
The Birth of Jesus
Jesus was born in Bethlehem, a small town in Judea. His mother, Mary, was a young virgin who was engaged to Joseph, a carpenter. An angel appeared to Mary and told her that she would give birth to a Son who would be the Savior of the world. Joseph and Mary traveled to Bethlehem for the census, and while they were there, Mary gave birth to Jesus in a stable.

The Childhood of Jesus
Jesus grew up in Nazareth, a small town in Galilee. He was a good boy who obeyed His parents and loved to learn about God. When He was 12 years old, He went to Jerusalem with His parents for the Passover feast. While He was there, He stayed behind in the temple and talked to the teachers about the Scriptures.
The Ministry of Jesus
When Jesus was 30 years old, He began His ministry. He traveled all over Galilee and Judea, preaching the good news of the kingdom of God. He healed the sick, raised the dead, and cast out demons. He also taught His disciples about God's love and how to live a righteous life.
The Death and Resurrection of Jesus
The religious leaders of Jesus' day were jealous of Him because He was so popular with the people. They plotted to kill Him, and they eventually succeeded in having Him crucified. However, three days after He was buried, Jesus rose from the dead and appeared to His disciples. He spent 40 days with them, teaching them about the kingdom of God. Then He ascended into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God the Father.
The Ascension of Jesus
Forty days after His resurrection, Jesus ascended into heaven. He left His disciples with the promise that He would return one day to judge the living and the dead.
The Second Coming of Jesus
One day, Jesus will return to Earth to judge the living and the dead. He will separate the righteous from the wicked, and the righteous will live with Him forever in heaven.
